CPNI is excited to announce an upcoming opportunity to assist a rural North Carolina community in evaluating and developing strategies to put vacant and underutilized buildings and other facilities to more productive use.
We encourage all CPN members to take advantage of this important CPNI effort. Our workshops provide CPN volunteers the opportunity to learn more about our neighboring small towns and engage in excellent workshops with leaders from rural NC towns by providing our professional recommendations and opportunities for their town’s future.
Next Upcoming Workshop:
April 4-5, 2019
Town Workshop Leader: Michael Cole, ColeJenest & Stone
NCGrowth will participate and provide an intern/analyst
A day and half event – team members needed now!

CPNI will put together a volunteer list by category: engineer, architect, attorney, designer, general contractor, etc. and will confirm the team once all volunteers are received.
